You and your crew arrived on time and acted very professionally during the entire process. Our tree was in terrible shape, overgrown with damage from broken limbs. You left the tree looking balanced and eliminated all the hazards from the low and over loaded branches. With the skillful techniques you and your crew used, it is difficult to notice that the tree was actually trimmed. And, the cleanup was thorough; no sign that you were even here.
