Before and After

These are a few examples of some of the work that we do.

These photos hold a very special place in our hearts, and in the History of Garner Tree Services - as they belong to our very first client, Jan Langan! What an amazing woman. She has promoted us to her friends and her realm of influence ever since. She has since moved into town, and still has us maintain her trees. Thank you, Jan, for getting us started!

For Landscape trees, we do natural shaping, cleaning (which is removal of dead, dying or diseased branches), and thinning not to exceed about 25%.

"As an Arborist, I see it as a privilege to care for Native Trees.  Native trees are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing in the spot where nature intended them to be," Scott Garner.

This tree had been previously topped and then grew back vigorously - we were called in to repair the crown. We have been working on this tree for the last 5 years bringing it back to full health. We love that our client keeps bringing us back over and over again because he sees his tree being restored!

This tree was a gorgeous shade tree - but it had terminal structural defects, and had to be removed. Note the yard in the After photo - all that brick work and the patio, the roof - no damage. Our guys are experts in removal techniques. They rig and lower branches to the ground rather than dropping them.

This is a very well-maintained property. It may not be easy to see the changes unless you look closely. Out at the corner of the lot - a tree was removed. They were planted too closely together and needed space. The Palms were trimmed, but still look like Palm trees. Taking too much out of them would only make them grow more vigorously - costing you more money in the long run. The other trees around the windows were just lightly thinned.

The over-all look isn't a shocking "Oh my goodness - you had your trees trimmed!" More likely, you would think, "I can't quite put my finger on it - but that place looks a lot better than it did!"
