Our Business

What started out as a father & son operation in California seven years ago, quickly grew into a multiple crew operation (tripling in size even during the recession - a testament to the power of the pulling yourself up by the bootstraps, and not going down without a fight - good old American Spirit... ).

We were a People's Choice Award winning company three years in a row because of excellent tree work and outstanding customer service.

Yet, we were so busy, we didn't have time to visit our family in Oregon.

So - we sold our successful business to our strongest competitor and moved to Eagle Point, Oregon to be closer to family. We love our long views and our wide sky and look forward to running a slightly smaller business here so that we can keep the proper focus on family and children.

Our eldest son, now a Certified Arborist himself, is starting his own tree business back in our old hometown.

Who We Are

We are a Family Business - Scott & Liesl are proud parents of four amazing boys ranging in age from 23 (with a family of his own), to 19, to 7 all the way down to a 3-year old. 

Scott has over 20 years experience working in the tree industry. He has been an ISA Certified Arborist for over 8 years, and has recently added the Certified Tree Risk Assessor to his training and expertise.

Perhaps what sets him apart more than anything is his truly artistic eye. Tree work is a science but also is infused with a lot of art. Scott absolutely loves trees and his clients tend to be the people who love their trees as well - and don't want just anyone up in them with a chainsaw. They only want someone who will do an amazing job, and who will truly understand not only the aesthetics of the tree, but the overall health and welfare of the tree as well.
